Hi there and welcome to our website and online store! These terms and conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.eliteoffroad.shop (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Elite Offroad/Ipswich City Auto Electrical. This Site is an ecommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Elite Offroad by Ipswich City Auto Electrical and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods of available on our Site.

  • Automotive Electrical Parts,
  • Automotive 4×4 Accessories, and
  • Automotive Accessories

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. Ir we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund to the equal amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Payments

Dispatch and Shipping

Dispatch

We will dispatch your order within 2 – 4 business days of your cleared payment being received, as per postage details in the description.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard delivery by post or courier service. Delivery takes 5 – 7 business days.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays and are outside of the control of Elite Offroad/Ipswich City Auto Electrical.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

At this time we are only able to ship goods within Australia.

Deliveries generally must be signed for as per our listings, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Elite Offroad/Ipswich City Auto Electrical to be authorised to receive the order. If you wish for your consignment to be left without a signature, please request this prior to dispatch. Ordinarily our courier will not leave an item without a signature unless it has been authorised beforehand by us. In doing so, you release Elite Offroad/Ipswich City Auto Electrical from any liability for delivery to the wrong address and relinquish your INR (item not received) rights.

Tracking your purchase

All items are sent with tracking numbers, unless indicated.

When dispatch is arranged a tracking number is generated and will be emailed to you when the goods are dispatched. If you wish to track via the courier service please note it can take up to 24 hours to upload into their system.

Shipping Insurance

Elite Offroad by Ipswich City Auto Electrical provides insurance on all consignments, if your package arrives damaged in any way please contact us via our contact details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds of purchase

We do not offer refunds. Under Australian Law, you are only entitled to a refund in specific circumstances such as where an item is significantly not as described or as per certain circumstances under the goods warranty.

Exchange of purchase

Please choose carefully as Elite Offroad by Ipswich City Auto Electrical does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind.

You can return for refund or exchange a purchase when:

  • As per certain circumstances under the goods warranty
  • Goods are supplied incorrectly*
  • Goods vary from their description*

*We must be notified within 2 business days of receipt of goods that they are incorrectly supplied or described. These goods are to be returned unused. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. We will pay for the return shipping by emailing you a pre-paid return label, which you will affix to the item and drop off at the post office to come back to us. In the case of a courier, we will authorise a pre-paid return in which case you need to deliver the item back to the closest depot where the pre-paid authority will be waiting. We cannot arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
